2018 CRMHA Cash Raffle Tickets are now ready!!!
Hello CRMHA Members!
The CRMHA Cash Raffle is almost ready to go! Tickets are printed and I am just assigning them to every player. At time of registration we all paid a $100 fundraising fee. In return every player receives 1 book of 10 tickets for our Cash Raffle. These tickets are yours. Feel free to sell them for $10 each, or put your name on them and return the stubs to be entered in to the draw.
Funds raised by our annual raffle allows us to keep registration fee affordable for all families.
The draw date is December 16th 2018 at 3 pm. The prizes are as follows: 1st Prize: $15000, 2nd Prize: $3000, 3rd Prize: $2000.
As soon as you sell your booklet, please return it through the mail slot in the Minor Hockey Office – up the stairs on Rink # 1. (do not return it to the front desk at Strathcona Gardens)
As per BC Gaming Policies and Procedures all ticket stubs must be accounted. Our Community Gaming Grant that we receive from the Province of BC could be at risk if their policies and procedures are not followed.
Division & Team Managers: I will need your help distributing tickets to parents. For the most part I have every teams roster, as I finish assigning tickets to your players I will contact you and arrange a time to get your ticket package to you to pass along to your parents. Each booklet will have a players name on the back. Please contact me if you are missing booklets.
We have extra booklets as well, so if you are able to sell more than 1 booklet, please contact me and I will arrange to get you extra books. firstname.lastname@example.org
